Your wallet address. When you connect, we look up the tokens in your wallet on the public Solana blockchain to read your bag. This information is already public. We do not store it for the free reading.
Your birthday (optional). If you enter it, it is sent once to work out your day pillar (one of 60, which repeat every 60 days). We do not store your birth date or time.
When you start a full reading, we save an order with your public wallet address, your day pillar, whether the Seeker price applied, and a snapshot of the coins in your wallet at that moment (amounts and their US dollar value). If you do not pay, the order is deleted within about 40 minutes.
If you pay, we keep that order and the payment transaction ID so we can deliver the reading, let you open it again and prevent duplicate charges. We do not sell this information.
Finding your readings with your wallet asks your wallet to sign a short message. We keep only a one-time code from it for about an hour, to stop the same message being reused.
We keep a paid reading so you can open it again. To have it deleted, email us from the contact below with the wallet address you paid from.
Payments happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public: anyone can see that your wallet paid the Bag Saju address. Nothing about your birthday is written to the blockchain.
We use these providers only to run the app: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Helius (Solana network access; sees your wallet address and transactions) and Google Fonts. Their servers may be outside your country. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. No artificial intelligence service receives your data.
Bag Saju is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Paid readings are for adults. If you believe a child has bought a reading, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to see or delete the data linked to your wallet by emailing us from the contact below. We will answer within 30 days.
