We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bag Saju app for your own non-commercial use. The characters, artwork and texts are protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed.
Bag Saju reads coins the way traditional Korean Four Pillars (Saju, BaZi) reads people: for entertainment and amusement only. A coin's "birthday" is the public time its token was created on the Solana blockchain. Nyang the Cat Sage is a fictional character. Neither we nor Nyang claim any supernatural power, and no reading predicts or guarantees anything.
Nothing in Bag Saju is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We never recommend buying, selling or keeping any token, and readings say nothing about prices or future performance. Do not make financial decisions based on a reading.
Only tokens on our verified list are read. Tokenized stocks and other securities-like tokens are excluded, and so are tokens that the operator issued or is otherwise tied to.
Bag Saju is not for children under 13. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid reading.
You may not buy paid readings if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union or the Republic of Korea, or if you are named on a sanctions list (such as the U.S. OFAC SDN list), or if you pay from a wallet linked to such a person. We may refuse or cancel a sale for this reason.
Paid readings are paid in USDC on the Solana network from your own wallet, at the price shown before you pay. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. A paid reading is digital content delivered right after your payment is confirmed, so the sale is final once it has been delivered, except where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived.
A reading describes your wallet as it was when you ordered. If a reading fails to appear after a confirmed payment, contact us with the transaction ID and we will deliver it or refund the payment to the wallet that paid. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
You are responsible for your wallet and its security. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app or from any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
